On Sunday at approximately 2:58 am a Clifton Springs man was arrested for driving while intoxicated on County Road 22 in the Town of Canandaigua.The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that Harold Allen Blair, 38, of Clifton Springs was stopped for inadequate exhaust. He was also cited for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, failing to notify DMV of an address change, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued appearance tickets for all of the charges and will answer them in Canandaigua Town Court on May 5th.
